I am a retired Marine colonel now commuting between the US and Thailand. I was born in Oakland, CA, but have lived throughout the US and the world, and have traveled to over 100 countries. For those who are wondering if we’ve crossed paths, my homes have been in Orinda, CA; Mexico City; Covina, CA; Chestertown, MD; Winstead, CT; Des Moines, IA; Annapolis, MD; Quantico, VA; Jacksonville, NC; Camp Schwab and Camp Butler, Okinawa; Lake Ridge, VA; Bethesda, MD; Poway, CA; Baghdad, Iraq; Bangkok, Thailand; and North Las Vegas, NV.
